Web projects rarely fail because of pixels — usually because of unclear expectations. These points are baked into every one of our contracts.

Written contract
Every project starts with a clear contract: scope, delivery dates, payment plan. No handshakes, no surprises.

NDA on request
For sensitive industries or stealth launches we work under NDA on request — straightforward, Swiss law.

Fixed price or day rate
Clearly defined scope = fixed price. Open discovery or rolling iteration = transparent day rate. You choose.

Discovery phase first
We start with a short discovery phase. If either side doesn't want to continue afterwards, the project ends fairly and with a cost cap.

You own the code
At launch we hand over the complete source code into your own GitHub or GitLab repository. No vendor lock-in, no hostage situation.

01How long does a typical project take?
A focused landing page takes 2 to 3 weeks, a classic business website 4 to 6 weeks. Complex web apps we plan individually in sprints — usually 6 to 12 weeks to first productive release.
02What does a website really cost with you?
Our packages start at CHF 1,200 for small sites and go up to CHF 20,000+ for custom web apps. The exact price is fixed after a short discovery call — beforehand you get a transparent price range, no moonshots.
03Who owns the code after launch?
You. Fully. We hand over all source code into your own Git repository, including deployment and build configuration. You can continue development yourself or switch vendors at any time.
04Where is the website hosted?
We use European hosts with edge CDN — typically Vercel or Cloudflare Pages. On request we also host in Switzerland (e.g. Infomaniak). You keep control of your domain and hosting account.
05Is everything DSG and GDPR compliant?
Yes. We deliver privacy policy, legal notice, cookie notices and tracking setup per Swiss DSG and EU GDPR. If needed we work with your privacy consultancy and document technical measures like data minimisation, EU hosting and data processing agreements.
06How does the collaboration work in practice?
Discovery (briefing + concept) → Design (wireframes + visual design) → Development (in 1–2 week sprints with review calls) → QA & launch → Support. You have one dedicated contact and a shared project hub (Notion or Linear).
07Do you also do redesigns or migrations?
Yes. We migrate existing WordPress, Wix or custom sites onto modern stacks (Next.js, headless CMS), preserve SEO value and URL structure, and plan the cutover so there are no ranking or traffic drops.
08What happens after launch?
We offer transparent maintenance packages from CHF 10/month (updates, backups, monitoring). For content care or further development you can book hourly budgets — or take the code and continue yourself.
