Behind PrismaCodex

Working as a pair is deliberate and stays that way. Engineering and design, both reachable directly. Nothing you discuss has to be passed on. Between us we have built 77 websites and 17 web apps; the five under Work are a selection.

Builds the site and takes it live, from the architecture to its first day online. 55 websites and 17 web apps so far. The lesson from those: most problems only show up two years later, when somebody else has to change something. So he asks one question too many at the start.

Designs how the site looks and how it handles. 22 websites so far. Always starts on the phone, because that is where most visitors arrive and where the space is tightest. Shows drafts while they are still rough enough to argue with.

What you can hold us to.

    You talk to the people who build.

    At least one of us is in every call. It is the same person who writes the code afterwards.
  • 02

    An answer within 48 hours, on business days.

    We reply to enquiries by form, e-mail or phone within two business days. The reply already says something about the substance.
  • 03

    A fixed price before the project starts.

    Scope, deadline and price are set out in writing before the first line of code exists. What it says applies. Additional costs arise only if you extend the scope yourself.
  • 04

    Evidence before claims.

    Every reference we show is built and can be opened in a browser. Every load time and performance figure carries the date it was measured.
How we work

How a project runs with us.

We work in short sprints with one fixed review call per stage, in which you see the current state live and sign it off. Between the calls everything sits in one place: access details, texts, images, open points and the preview address in a shared project hub.

Location

Meilen ZH, on the eastern shore of Lake Zurich.

The studio is in Meilen, about twenty minutes from Zurich main station. Clients in the Lake Zurich region we meet in person. Across the rest of the German-speaking region we work remotely, with the same sprints and the same review calls.
